Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain existing customer relationships
  • Serve as customers' main point of contact
  • Work with the Marketing Department to cultivate new business opportunities
  • Attend industry trade shows


Qualifications:

  • Previous Account Management experience required
  • A candidate with a background in sales is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Follow through and organizational skills
  • Previous CRM experience preferred

 

 

Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with rental coordination and deliveries
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure that all equipment is functional and properly labeled
  • Assist Asset and Operations Manager with data entry and invoicing

Qualifications:

  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Ability to retain product information
  • Detail-oriented person
  • Ability to follow through with all assigned tasks
